Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ReplyKind website and application (“the Service”). By creating an account or joining our early-access list, you agree to them.

1. What ReplyKind does

ReplyKind generates draft replies to reviews on your connected Google Business Profile and, with your authorization, publishes replies to Google on your behalf. AI-generated text can be imperfect; you are responsible for the content of replies published from your account, including replies you have configured to post automatically.

2. Your account and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you connect.
• You may only connect Google Business Profiles you legitimately manage.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that violates Google’s content policies;
• misrepresent your identity or business;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell the Service, or present it as your own product, without our written agreement.

4. Google integration

The Service depends on Google’s APIs and policies, which we do not control. Google may change, rate-limit, or reject content (including review replies) under its own rules. We surface such rejections where Google makes them visible to us, but we cannot guarantee publication of any particular reply.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
• Founding-member pricing: the launch price is locked for the first 24 months of a founding subscription; after that, founding members pay no more than 80% of the then-current list price for the same plan, for as long as the subscription remains active.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, including a 30-day money-back promise on your first paid month.
• Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider; applicable taxes (GST/VAT) are handled at checkout.

6. Fair use and reply allowances

Paid plans include an allowance of up to 500 generated replies per connected location per calendar month, measured in UTC and reset on the first of each month. The allowance exists to keep pricing honest and to stop automated abuse; ordinary businesses do not come close to it, and we will raise it on request where the need is genuine.

• Only replies actually generated by the AI count towards the allowance. Reviews we decline to answer (for example, an unsupported business category) do not.
• We apply short-term rate limits per account to protect service quality for everyone.
• You may not use scripts or automation to generate replies at a volume or rate beyond normal use of the dashboard, or to circumvent these limits.
• If you exceed an allowance we will tell you in the app rather than silently failing. We may decline further generation for the remainder of the month, offer a paid overage, or discuss a higher plan.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service. You own your business content and the replies published to your profiles. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, processing review text to generate replies).

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” during beta and general availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and disconnect Google at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your Google user data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
