Refund Policy

The promise, in one paragraph

If ReplyKind doesn’t genuinely save you time in your first 30 days as a paying customer, email us and we will refund your first month in full. No forms, no retention scripts, no arguing. We would rather refund you than keep money from a product that didn’t deliver for you.

The details

• The 30-day money-back promise applies to your first paid month on any plan, once per business.
• After the first month, subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period; we do not prorate partial months.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.
• To request a refund, email support@replykind.comfrom your account email with the subject “Refund”.

Beta period

During the free beta there is nothing to refund — founding businesses use ReplyKind at no charge, and the promise above begins when paid plans start.
